Employment Law

Employment Law, Independent Contractor, and Franchise Law: does not the entity which pays for the service need to be responsible by law to provide an atmosphere in which the employee, contractor, and franchisee can conduct business? By law is it not illegal for an employer to cause such a hostile enviroment the causes an employee to leave. Or under the terms of Franchise Law and Independent Contracting: does the franchisee or contractor  have any recourse when they now are in a binding contract and feel that the other party has created a hostile enviroment. Now if they end their contract, because it is the only way out, they are sure to lose large monetary benefits. As I have been told, however, if you end the contract, thats, thats, and its over.
